Letterheads are used by many industries but are more commonly found in the offices of Solicitors, Estate Agents, Schools and Insurance companies where they are an invaluable tool.
There are certain legal requirements for UK limited companies that have to be adhered to when producing letterheads and other business stationery.
If you are VAT registered you should include your VAT registration number if you are using your letterhead for invoices.
Your company registration number and place of registration need to be displayed along with your registered company name and registered office address, you do not need to display the names of the directors on your letterhead however, if you show one you must show them all, you cannot pick and choose its either ALL or NONE.
In the UK the standard size for letterheads is A4 (210mm x 297mm). We also design and print less common sizes to meet individual requirements, our bespoke letterheads can include perforated tear-off sections which is useful as part of a direct mail campaign.
We can offer additional finishing options like foil blocking, embossing and debossing. Often enhancing your letterheads with a finishing option can create a fantastic eye-catching wow factor.
We are currently working on our upload and online designer feature to enable you to upload or create your artwork online, but while we work on this we will be manually processing the artwork and one of our team will be in contact once we receive your order.
